Father Timothy Bartlett is the Secretary General for the 9th World Meeting of Families, which will take place in Ireland from 22 to 26 August 2018 on the theme The Gospel of the Family: Joy for the World.

Father Bartlett is Episcopal Vicar for Education, and the director of public and social affairs, in the Diocese of Down & Connor. Father Bartlett is also secretary to the Northern Bishops.
